Today’s lens-based media artist has access to more image-capturing options and methods for distributing images and ideas than ever before. The Photography / Digital Media (PDM) curriculum prepares artists to take full advantage of traditional and contemporary tools in pursuit of creating significant, conceptually rigorous artwork.
This Certificate in Digital Media Photography course is at the core of the ever-evolving trends of photography. Our students are given instruction in both the artistic sensibilities and the technical mastery of photography. From the very basics to the finest details, we cover the entire gamut of what it means to be a pro photographer. The course includes practice in a real environment within the industry
Duration
The course is a Full time Professional Course conducted Monday to Friday
Theory and Practice : 36 Weeks
Internship and Project : 12 Weeks
Eligibility
Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent
Course Content
The Course, designed for Professional expertise in creating a Digital Media Image or File, is conducted through audio visual lectures and Practical orientation of the subject. The curriculum includes

Internship
Three months of Internship is compulsory for all students undertaking the Course. Attendance during Internship has to be 100%, else Internship may be extended
For students averaging ‘A” Grade in Theory and Practical, a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month would be paid during Internship.
Placement
Candidates passing the Certificate course would be considered for placements in the In House Broadcast activities and through other companies of repute in the fields of Digital Media.
